| Joe Blaes, DDS |
Joe Blaes, DDS Dr. Blaes is well known in the Dental Industry and has created a unique, innovative, insurance-free, fee-for-service general practice in St. Louis, Missouri, that emphasizes preventive, esthetic, reconstructive and implant dentistry. Because of his interest in new and innovative materials and techniques, Dr. Blaes began writing “Pearls for Your Practice” in Dental Economics. The column quickly became a trusted resource for new dental materials and techniques. In October 1996, he was named editor of Dental Economics and is responsible for the new editorial direction of the magazine. His lecture and hands-on programs for dentists and auxiliaries have won rave reviews around the country. In addition to memberships in many professional organizations, Dr. Blaes is a Fellow of the American College of Dentists and he currently serves on the board of the American Academy of Dental Practice Administration.

Patti DiGangi, RDH, BS
Patti DiGangi, RDH, BS is a speaker, author and still practicing dental hygiene clinician. Patti is a certified presenter through Academy of General Dentistry National Speaker’s Bureau for Periodontal Disease, a member of GC America Key Opinion Leaders, Zila Pharmaceuticals National Speaker’s Bureau, Hu-Friedy Thought Leaders Program and the Proctor & Gamble Whole Health Lecture Board. She is also a member of the Linda Miles Speaking & Consulting Network, on the Advisory Board for the National Museum of Dentistry and Director for CareerFusion. Patti’s articles appear regularly in RDH Magazine, Modern Hygienist, and other professional journals. Patti is currently co-writing a book on minimal intervention philosophy and a novel. She has been speaking nationally since 1993 and brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and spontaneity to her presentations.

Paul Feuerstein, DDS Paul Feuerstein, DMD received his undergraduate training a SUNY Stony Brook studying chemistry, engineering, computer science and music. He is a 1972 graduate of University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey who maintains a general practice in North Billerica, Massachusetts. He installed one of the first in-office computers in 1978 and has been teaching and consulting since then. He is currently the Technology Editor of Dental Economics, author of several technology articles and an ADA Seminar Series speaker, lecturing at many national and local dental meetings.

Heather Johnson Heather is the Google Local Markets Strategic Partner Manager.
As a Strategic Partner Manager for Local Markets, Heather currently manages partnerships that deliver advertising solutions to small and local businesses. Prior to joining Google, Heather was a Project Manager managing complex ERP implementations at Oracle and PeopleSoft, specializing in Higher Education and Government. She also worked as a consultant at Accenture. Heather holds a B.S. from UNC-Chapel Hill and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU.

Glenn is the President of Officite LLC, a leading national provider of Web sites and local online-search solutions to Dental practices with over 3,400 client’s world wide. Officite is the first dental Web site marketing provider to earn the distinction of an authorized reseller of Google’s AdWords. Glenn is a frequent speaker at national dental association and conference meetings including the Academy of General Dentistry and District of Columbia Dental Meeting. His speaking topics focus on Web sites and search engine marketing strategies.

Robert Mongrain, DDS Dr. Mongrain is a 1979 graduate of the University of Florida, College of Dentistry. He currently has a private practice in Tulsa, OK. He is a past faculty member of Oral Roberts University College of Dentistry and current adjunct faculty at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. His current interests in dentistry are the incorporation of new technologies into the modern dental practice. His focus is on the patients and their dental health more than the technology itself. He is active as a consultant on dental materials, digital radiography, digital imaging and technology integration. He has worked with Premier Dental, D4D technologies, USA Laser, Air Techniques, Patterson Dental Supply, Sullivan-Schein, 3M, DENTSPLY Caulk, Brasseler USA and others.He is a past member of the 3M Council for Innovative Dentistry and past instructor for Dentistry by Design. Currently Dr. Mongrain is an Internationally Certified CEREC instructor through the ISCD and an advanced instructor for the E4D. He is a member of the AGD, ADA, and Board member of the Academy of CAD CAM Dentistry.
